Sales Representative

Brilliant Electric is looking for a confident and motivated Remote Sales Representative to contact customers, follow up enquiries and quotations, and convert opportunities into booked electrical work.
This is primarily a sales and customer relationship role. Electrical industry experience is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate. Candidates with relevant electrical knowledge and experience may qualify for a higher salary.
Key Responsibilities
-Call new and existing customers to discuss their requirements
-Respond to incoming enquiries by phone, email and online platforms
-Follow up outstanding quotations and ask confidently for the sale
-Explain our services, pricing and processes clearly
-Build relationships with homeowners, builders, strata managers and property professionals
-Book appointments and jobs for our electrical team
-Keep customer details, notes and follow-up activities updated
-Maintain an organised sales pipeline
-Work closely with our estimating, scheduling and operations teams
-Identify opportunities to offer additional relevant services
-Meet agreed sales, follow-up and conversion targets
What We’re Looking For
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing or business development
-Confident and professional telephone manner
-Strong spoken and written English
-Comfortable making outbound calls and following up customers
-Ability to build rapport and explain services clearly
-Organised, reliable and able to work independently
-Comfortable working toward sales targets and performance expectations
-Experience using CRM or job-management software
-Reliable computer, internet connection and suitable home workspace
Highly Desirable Experience
-Previous employment in the electrical, construction or trade-services industry
-Experience selling electrical or maintenance services
-Experience using Simpro
-Familiarity with Australian electrical terminology
-Familiarity with AS/NZS 3000 and the NSW Service and Installation Rules
-Experience with switchboard upgrades, metering, consumer mains, private poles or Level 2 electrical services
Electrical industry experience is not essential; however, candidates with strong electrical knowledge, Simpro experience or familiarity with Australian electrical requirements will be considered for the upper end of the salary range.
Working Arrangement
Full-time remote position
Monday to Friday
Must be available during Sydney business hours
Work-from-home arrangement
Salary
PHP 40,000–90,000 per month, depending on sales ability and relevant industry experience, plus performance-based incentives.
Applicants with proven Australian electrical industry experience may be offered a higher starting salary.
