Ecommerce VA (Shopify + Sourcing)

About the role
We run ecommerce stores on Shopify and need a detail-oriented VA to handle product research, supplier sourcing, and product listing. You will work closely with our internal creative team and keep our product data organized.
What you'll do
1. Research trending and profitable products online
2. Contact suppliers (Alibaba, AliExpress, 1688, etc.) and gather pricing, MOQ, and shipping details
3. Coordinate with our internal creative team to get product images and creatives produced
4. Upload products to Shopify
5. Write and add complete product information: titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, tags, SEO fields
6. Maintain internal Google Sheets so data is clean, consistent, and up to date
Requirements
- Prior experience with Shopify admin (product upload, variants, collections)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas)
- Good written English for supplier communication and product descriptions
- Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters more than speed here
- Reliable internet and ability to overlap with our working hours
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing from Chinese suppliers
- Basic Canva or image editing
- Familiarity with product research tools
