About Style State
Style State is one of Australia’s leading women’s fashion wholesalers, backed by more than 30 years of industry experience.

We design and develop our collections in-house and supply retailers across Australia and internationally. Operating in a fast-paced, trend-driven market, we release new products weekly and are continually evolving our digital, e-commerce and marketing capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Fashion E-commerce & Email Marketing Coordinator to work with our Sydney-based team on an ongoing basis.

This is a hands-on role combining email marketing, graphic design, e-commerce content and campaign execution. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, maintain a high visual standard and create marketing assets that support customer engagement, retention and conversion.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for planning, designing and executing weekly email campaigns and supporting the ongoing visual management of our fashion wholesale website.

The ideal candidate understands that strong fashion marketing needs to balance elevated creative direction with commercial performance. You should be comfortable working within established brand guidelines while also contributing fresh ideas that improve engagement, conversion and the overall customer experience.

This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential for consistent, long-term work and substantial weekly hours for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:

  • Designing and building visually engaging weekly EDMs in Klaviyo for new product releases, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity
  • Planning and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that support engagement, retention and conversion
  • Creating, reviewing and improving automated Klaviyo flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and re-engagement flows
  • Refreshing homepage layouts, website banners, collection graphics and promotional content
  • Creating digital and print-ready graphics for campaigns and marketing materials
  • Retouching and editing e-commerce and campaign imagery for website, email , social media and other digital touchpoints
  • Supporting the ongoing visual management of the website, including content presentation, product merchandising and user experience
  • Developing performance-focused creative assets aligned with our annual marketing calendar and conversion goals
  • Contributing ideas for campaigns, content and digital initiatives that support continued brand growth
  • Working collaboratively with our internal creative, marketing, e-commerce and product teams

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of fashion, branding and visual merchandising
  • Has an excellent eye for detail, layout, typography and image selection
  • Can create polished, elevated and commercially effective marketing assets
  • Understands how to design email campaigns that encourage product discovery and conversion

  • Is comfortable working within a fast-paced weekly product release cycle
  • Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Is proactive, organised and responsive
  • Takes ownership of their work and communicates clearly
  • Can follow established brand direction while also contributing thoughtful creative recommendations

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working with fashion, apparel, accessories, beauty or lifestyle brands
  • Strong Klaviyo experience, including campaign building, segmentation and automated flows
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Advanced Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Experience creating email and website graphics
  • Experience editing and retouching fashion or product photography
  • Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, conversion and retention marketing
  • Strong written English and attention to detail

Experience working with fashion, wholesale, B2B e-commerce or weekly product launches will be highly regarded.

Working Arrangement:
This is an ongoing position working remotely with our team in Sydney, Australia.

Applicants should be available for consistent weekly work and have reasonable overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship rather than completing a single short-term project.

The role may begin with a paid trial project before progressing into an ongoing arrangement.
