About the Role

Position Summary
Gride Technology is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and relationship-driven Investor Relations Coordinator to lead communications and engagement with current and prospective investors. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for investor communications, fundraising coordination, shareholder engagement, and investor events while helping build long-term confidence in Gride’s vision and growth.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with executives, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Gride and its investors.
  • Maintain regular communication with current and prospective investors.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
  • Respond promptly to investor inquiries and information requests.
  • Build and maintain long-term investor relationships.

Fundraising Support

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
  • Coordinate investor outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain an accurate investor pipeline and CRM database.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings with prospective investors.
  • Track commitments and investment milestones.

Communications

  • Prepare investor newsletters, updates, and announcements.
  • Assist in developing investor presentations and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate distribution of shareholder communications.
  • Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and timely.

Event Coordination

  • Organize investor networking events, annual meetings, webinars, and presentations.
  • Coordinate event logistics, invitations, registrations, and follow-up.
  • Represent Gride professionally at conferences and networking events.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain confidential investor records and documentation.
  • Track investor activity and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support executive leadership with meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, business development, account management, or client relationship management.
  • Experience working with executives, investors, or corporate stakeholders is preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting private-company fundraising or investor communications.
  • Knowledge of startup financing and corporate governance.
  • Experience planning executive meetings and investor events.
  • Multilingual skills (English plus French, Spanish, or Haitian Creole) are a plus.

  • Investor satisfaction and engagement.
  • Number of qualified investor meetings scheduled.
