Social Media & Graphic Design Assistant

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and visually-minded Social Media & Graphic Design Assistant to support our growing organization with social media, graphic design, digital marketing, and Kajabi content.

This is an ongoing, flexible position averaging approximately 10–15 hours per week, primarily on a per-project basis.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent video-editing software)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience working with Kajabi, including website/course management and email /newsletter tools
• Experience developing or working within brand guidelines
• An excellent eye for aesthetics and the ability to follow creative direction
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines

The work may include:
Social media graphics and content • Video editing • Website and course updates • Email /newsletter creation • Marketing materials • Brand development and other creative projects.
