Remote chat sales operator

We manage a portfolio of online content creators. Our chat team looks
after each creator's paying subscriber base - building rapport, keeping
people subscribed, and turning conversations into sales.

You work entirely behind the keyboard: never on camera, never creating
content, never using your own name or photos.

THE ROLE

• Handle live chats with existing paying subscribers
• Remember details and bring them up later
• Log notes so the next shift picks up smoothly
• Hit monthly targets

YOU'LL DO WELL HERE IF YOU

• Have good emotional intelligence when it comes to reading emotions
• Write natural, casual English that doesn't read as scripted
• Pick up quickly on mood - when someone's lonely, joking, testing you,

or about to leave

• Type fast and juggle several conversations at once
• Know your way around social platforms and how people actually talk online

PAY & SCHEDULE

• 2$/hr + 3% uncapped commission (with increases for good performance)
• Realistically $600–1500/month once you're up to speed. Top operators

go past that

• Paid weekly in USDT — we'll help you set up a wallet if you're new to it
• 8 hours/day, 6 days/week, one fixed rest day.
• Fully remote, permanently. Training and a senior operator to shadow

from day one
