Short-Term Rental Marketing & Operations Assistant

We are a growing short-term rental agency and are looking to hire our first tea ---------- mber.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the owner and become an important part of the business as we grow.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and updating our property adverts across Airbnb, ---------- , Google, our website and other platforms.
• Working closely with the owner on pricing strategies to help attract more bookings and longer stays.
• Managing and updating our channel manager.
• Looking after our social media posting and keeping our accounts active.
• Supporting the director with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
• Helping identify problems, opportunities and areas where we can improve.

• An excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English.
• Highly organised and attentive to detail.
• Intelligent and able to learn quickly.
• A natural problem solver who can think independently.
• Reliable and driven to complete every task to a high standard.
• Polite, calm, professional and caring.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and working without constant supervision.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, Airbnb, ---------- or short-term rentals is a must.

*You must be available to work on Sundays*
