Commission-Only Instagram DM Setter / Appointment Setter

We help insurance brokers and agency owners scale lead flow and grow their book of business through paid leads and a proven client acquisition system.

We're looking for a commission-only DM setter to run cold outbound on Instagram and book discovery calls. You'll be working proven scripts and messaging frameworks that already convert, so you're not starting from scratch.

What you'll be doing:

• Cold outbound via Instagram DMs targeting insurance brokers and firm owners
• Following and adapting proven scripts and sequences (not writing from scratch)
• Booking qualified discovery calls directly onto our calendar
• Logging all activity and lead status in our CRM
• Reporting daily/weekly on outreach volume and booked calls

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in cold DM outreach or appointment setting (Instagram preferred)
• Strong written English and ability to hold a natural, non-salesy tone in DMs
• Self-starter who can work independently and hit weekly activity targets
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound messaging
• Bonus: experience targeting insurance, financial services, or other B2B professional services

This is a commission-only role with realistic OTE of €1,000-3,000/month depending on volume and close rate, with a clear path to a base/retainer once you're consistently booking calls that convert. Full scripts, targeting lists, and training provided.
