Video Editor & Animator (DIRECT HIRE ONLY)

We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai, helping buyers, investors, and renters navigate one of the world's most exciting property markets. As we scale our content presence across social media and digital platforms, we're looking for a talented video editor and animator to bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.

The Role

We're on the hunt for a creative and technically strong Video Editor & Animator who can handle everything from punchy short-form social content to polished long-form property & educational videos. You'll play a central role in shaping how we look and feel across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond — turning raw footage, data, and ideas into content that stops the scroll and builds trust with buyers and investors.

What You'll Do

• Edit and produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — fast, engaging, and platform-native
• Edit long-form content including property tours, brand videos, investor explainers, and testimonials
• Create motion graphics and animations to support real estate data, market updates, and brand storytelling
• Work with raw footage shot on location in Dubai — colour grade, sound mix, and deliver broadcast-quality output
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to bring briefs to life from concept to final export
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video output
• Manage your own project pipeline, hitting deadlines without needing to be chased
• Stay current with video trends, especially in real estate and luxury lifestyle content

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio across both short and long-form content
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent)
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills — able to create clean, modern graphics without relying on templates
• A great eye for pacing, colour, and storytelling
• Experience editing property, lifestyle, or luxury brand content is a big plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setup
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve for colour grading
• Basic 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender) for architectural or property visualisations
• Familiarity with Dubai's luxury real estate aesthetic
