Appointment Setter/Booking Agent (Base Pay + Commission & Bonuses)

We are looking for a full-time appointment setter/booking agent who would like to be a part of a fast-growing and fast-paced company. We are a marketing agency that works with eyelash artists. Your job will be to respond to leads on Meta & Go High Level and book them into software like Square, Fresha, Vagaro, GlossGenius, etc.

This is all done via messaging and does not require you to chat with clients over the phone.

Working with Go High Level and the previously stated booking software is strongly preferred but not a strict requirement.

This is a very fast-paced environment, and you will be responding to about 200 leads a day and booking about 40-60 appointments a day, which means you need to be able to work under pressure and still be able to focus and work quickly.

You must be able to write in good English, understand customers' concerns quickly, and be able to type out a response quickly as well.

You must be able to show up on time for your shift every single time. If you have previous attendance issues from previous jobs, you will not be considered.

This is a night shift, so you will need to have prior experience working a night shift — this is a must.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (Edmonton Time) - 10:00 AM, 1 hour break then you clock back in at 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

This is a 11 Hour daily shift and you need to be okay with working long hours.

Compensation

This is a highly compensated job, including bi-weekly commissions along with bonuses if the booking target is met.

Hourly Pay: 180 Pesos
Commission per booking: 43.92 PHP
Commission per rescheduling's: 21.96 PHP
Commission per re-booking: 21.96 PHP
Sign-on bonus: 2,000 PHP

Pay frequency: Bi-weekly pay
