Media Buying VA — Facebook Ads (Remote)

We run paid ads for trading educators spending $30k+/month on Meta. We need a VA to handle the execution side of our ad accounts.

What you'll do:

Schedule and launch ad sets inside Meta Ads Manager (we give you the creatives, copy, and targeting — you build and publish)
Duplicate existing ad sets, name ads to our conventions, set launch times correctly
Pull daily/weekly performance reports (spend, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS) into our reporting sheets
Flag rejected ads, delivery errors, and anomalies before we find them ourselves
Keep the ad account clean and organized

What we need from you:

Hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager (not just theory or a course certificate)
Detail-obsessed. One wrong launch time or budget typo costs us real money
Comfortable with spreadsheets and daily reporting
Available to overlap with Dubai timezone (GMT+4) for part of the day
Fluent written English

You are not setting strategy, writing copy, or picking audiences. We do that
This is pure execution: schedule, monitor, report. Do it flawlessly and reliably and there's room to grow into more
