The Opportunity

Role: Remote Sales Closer (Part time 4pm-7pm manila time)

Target Audience: Independent tradespeople (Plumbers, Electricians, Locksmiths, HVAC, etc.)

Offer Value: 179 GBP setup + 99 GBP/month (Easy sell with a First-Job Guarantee)

Pay Structure: Base Pay + Generous Uncapped Commissions

What You Will Be Doing

Closing Warm Leads: Follow up on inbound enquiries, quote requests, and tradesmen who have requested their free website preview.

Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp messages,

Demonstrating Value: Walk tradesmen through the platform, highlight their custom-built preview site, and demonstrate our live AI answering demo.

Overcoming Objections: Confidently address questions about AI, existing websites, or call-divert setups using transparent, simple framing.

CRM Management: Log call details, update deal stages, and keep the sales pipeline clean and accurate.

Who We Are Looking For

Fluent Spoken English: Exceptional verbal communication with a clear, professional tone (UK/AU accent familiarity is a huge bonus).

Proven Sales Track Record: At least 1–2+ years of experience in high-ticket closing, appointment setting, or agency/SaaS sales.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRMs, and modern VoIP/call tools.

Fast & Independent: Highly disciplined, proactive, and capable of working without micro-management.

Relatable & Down-to-Earth: Ability to speak naturally with blue-collar trade owners—no overly pushy sales pitch or corporate jargon.
