Ecommerce CRO & Shopify Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce CRO & Shopify Specialist to help improve the performance of our online store.

Your main focus will be reviewing and improving our website, product pages and landing pages to make the customer journey easier and ultimately increase conversion rate.

What you’ll be doing
Review and optimise product pages to improve conversions
Build and improve high-converting landing pages
Identify areas of the website where customers may be dropping off
Improve page layouts, product information, imagery, calls-to-action and overall user experience
Review the mobile shopping experience and recommend improvements
Improve collection pages, navigation and site structure
Implement CRO best practices across our Shopify store
Review analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
Run or recommend A/B tests where appropriate
Improve upsells, cross-sells and average order value opportunities
Work with our existing branding and keep the website looking clean and consistent
Make Shopify changes directly where possible rather than simply providing recommendations
We’re looking for someone who
Has previous ecommerce CRO experience
Has strong Shopify experience
Understands what makes a product page convert
Can look at data and turn it into practical website changes
Has a good eye for ecommerce design and UX
Understands mobile-first ecommerce
Can work independently and proactively identify improvements
Ideally has experience working with fashion, apparel or other DTC ecommerce brands

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities, explain why something should be changed, and then help implement those changes to improve the performance of the store.
