DM Appointment Setter (Instagram & Facebook)

Starting Salary: $100 per week during training then once fully trained goes to fully commisioned based $30 AUD per booking that attends.
KPI: 20-30 bookings a week
$30 per booking that attends ($2,400 to ,$3,600)
Work hours: Mon to Fri 7AM to 4PM - Sydney Time

We are looking to hire an appointment setters who will be managing our DM outreach lead generations

Job Responsibilities:
Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company
Research potential clients and generate leads on instagram and Facebook
Contact potential clients via social media DMs
Qualify and nurture prospects based on their needs
Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team
Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients

Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate fitness services or products to prospects
Prior experience in lead generation, and setting up appointments is a MUST!
Impeccable attention to detail is a must for this role
Persistence and resilience to deal with rejection
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience as a Cold Caller or worked in a BPO is a bonus
