Paid Ads & Digital Marketing VA

Hi! We're Ultimate Adventure Supply, an outdoor and overlanding retailer based in Missouri selling camping gear, rooftop tents, vehicle accessories, portable power, and other adventure products.

We're looking for another VA to join our team and focus mainly on digital marketing.

We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience with running ads. You don't need to be a marketing guru with 10 years of experience, but you do need to know what you're doing since we won't be teaching digital marketing from scratch.

Your main focus will be:

• Facebook /Meta Ads (most important) – creating ads, setting up and managing campaigns, checking performance, analyzing results, and making adjustments
• Google Ads – creating and managing campaigns, monitoring performance, and making adjustments when needed
• Email Marketing – creating campaigns, managing lists, and checking results (HubSpot experience is a plus)

You'll also help with:

• Creating and scheduling daily social media posts
• SMS/text marketing
• Creating basic graphics and ad creatives
• Light photo and video editing
• Other marketing and occasional admin tasks as needed

We're looking for someone who's comfortable working independently, pays attention to details, and can look at campaign results and understand what's working and what needs improvement.

What You’ll Get:

• Rate: $6/hour, paid Weekly via Wise

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM Central Time (US)
