Experienced Airbnb & Booking.com Operations Specialist

This is not an entry-level VA, basic admin or customer service role.

We need someone who already knows how to manage Airbnb and ---------- listings, handle live property operations and work independently without constant supervision.

Mandatory experience

You must have at least 2 years of recent hands-on short-term-let experience and must have personally:

Created Airbnb, ---------- and other platform listings from start to finish
Added rooms, beds, amenities, photos and descriptions
Configured rates, cleaning fees and extra-guest fees
Set booking, occupancy and cancellation policies
Managed calendars and blocked availability
Connected and mapped listings through a PMS or channel manager
Checked that rates and availability were syncing correctly
Managed guest issues, cleaners, maintenance and turnovers

General VA, recruitment, administration or customer service experience does not qualify unless you also have the direct experience listed above.

Anything you claim may be tested during the interview or paid trial.

For example, if you state that you can create and map listings, you may be asked to complete that exact task while screen sharing.

Candidates who exaggerate or misrepresent their experience will be removed from the hiring process immediately.

We manage properties across multiple cities and work daily with guests, owners, cleaners, contractors and booking platforms.

We need someone who is:

Main responsibilities
Manage Airbnb and ---------- listings
Create and update new property listings
Configure pricing, fees, policies and availability
Connect and map listings through a PMS
Check reservations for pricing, occupancy or guest risks
Respond to guest messages quickly and professionally
Coordinate cleaners, contractors and maintenance
Confirm properties are ready before arrival
Provide clear owner updates
Follow and improve SOPs
Complete accurate end-of-day reporting
Support listing performance, revenue and business growth
Working arrangement
20 hours per week initially
UK working hours
Paid trial period
Initial trial rate: $4 per hour
Hours and rate can increase based on performance
