Lead Generation VA — Email Outreach & List Building

Hi, I'm Millie from Ameliore Marketing, a strategy-led marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia.

I'm hiring a part-time lead generation VA to run an ongoing email outreach campaign for one of our clients, a premium painting business in Adelaide. The work involves building accurate contact lists of property managers and real estate professionals, sending personalised outreach email s each day, and passing replies straight through to the client.

This is careful, detail-driven work. It is not a volume or scraping role. Accuracy matters far more than speed, and I would rather have 20 correct contacts than 100 guesses.

We're a small team and we've had the same two VAs with us since May 2025. They're core members of my team, not casual help, and that's the kind of working relationship I'm hoping to build with this hire too.

What you'll be doing

• Researching real estate agency websites to find named property managers, their role and their published email address
• Recording every contact in a spreadsheet, including the exact URL where you found the email
• Verifying addresses before they're used
• Sending personalised outreach email s daily through our sending platform
• Forwarding every reply to the client the same business day
• Maintaining the suppression list
• A short weekly activity summary to me

What I'm looking for

• Essential: hands-on experience with a cold email platform — Instantly, Smartlead or similar. Please tell me which one and what you did with it
• Strong written English comprehension — you'll be reading Australian business websites and making judgement calls about who belongs on a list
• Genuine attention to detail, especially with names, spelling and email accuracy
• Someone who works from published sources rather than guessing email patterns
• Comfortable using Google Sheets
• Reliable, consistent daily availability
• Honest about what you don't know. If you're unsure whether a contact belongs on the list, I want you to ask, not guess

The details

• 17 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday (roughly 3–4 hours per day)
• $550 USD per month, reviewed at 3 months
• 3-month initial contract with strong potential to continue on this campaign, and real room to grow — I'm looking at offering this kind of outreach work to other clients
• Melbourne is 1.5 hours ahead of Manila (3 hours from October to April), so there's good daily overlap
• Paid trial task before hiring
