TikTok E-Commerce & Affiliate VA
We are looking for an experienced TikTok E-Commerce VA to manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop, Seller Center, affiliate program, and Ads Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage TikTok Shop listings, promotions, coupons, orders, and account health
Recruit, invite, and communicate with affiliates and creators
Track samples, creator content, affiliate performance, and GMV
Coordinate Spark Ads and affiliate content for advertising
Monitor platform updates and resolve issues with TikTok support
Provide clear daily updates and recommendations for growth
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on TikTok e-commerce experience
2–3 years of TikTok affiliate-management experience
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Seller Center, Affiliate Center, Business Center, and Ads Manager
Comfortable working through live screen-sharing sessions when needed
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and fluent in written and spoken English
