Job Overview
We are a growing financial services firm looking for a polished, reliable, and experienced Operations & Client Support Coordinator.
This role is for someone who already has prior life insurance experience and is comfortable working with applications, client follow-up, carrier communication, CRM updates, and agent onboarding/licensing support.
This is not an entry-level VA position. You must be able to follow SOPs, manage deadlines, communicate professionally, and keep client and policy work moving without constant reminders.

Daily Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Manage life insurance applications from submission to approval
- Follow up with clients, agents, and carriers
- Track pending requirements, signatures, and policy status
- Update pipelines and tasks in GoHighLevel
- Assist with agent licensing and onboarding
- Organize client and application documents
- Send professional client email s and text follow-ups
- Review SOPs and follow the correct process before taking action
- Provide daily end-of-shift updates
- Ensure urgent client and policy matters are prioritized properly

Life Insurance Experience Required

- Application/document accuracy
Experience with carriers, financial services, or insurance back-office operations is strongly preferred.
