Remote Operations Assistant – Repetitive Task Execution

We are looking for several reliable Remote Operations Assistants for a long-term online project.

This position involves completing a highly structured, repetitive workflow inside web-based platforms. You will be given a specific set of rules and step-by-step instructions to follow.

No advanced math, programming, sales, customer service, or specialized experience is required.

The most important qualities are attention to detail, patience, consistency, and the ability to follow instructions exactly for extended periods of time.

What You'll Do

• Follow a clearly defined operating procedure (SOP)
• Perform repetitive web-based actions and button-clicking tasks
• Monitor information displayed on screen
• Take specific actions when predefined conditions occur
• Record basic activity/results when required
• Follow the provided rules exactly without improvising
• Maintain accuracy during long work sessions
• Report unusual situations or technical problems

The work can become repetitive and fast-paced at times, so this position is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys structured computer work.

The project may involve online gaming-related platforms. The complete workflow and operating strategy are confidential and will be explained to selected applicants before any work begins.

Schedule

30–40 hours per week

Approximately 4–8 hours per day.

Your hours do NOT necessarily need to be completed consecutively. You will be able to divide your work into multiple sessions throughout the day that fits your specific need and timezone.

Schedule flexibility is available, but reliability is extremely important.

Compensation

Starting pay: $3.25 USD/hour

Workers who demonstrate excellent accuracy, reliability, and consistency will be eligible for performance-based pay increases. These include $0.50 / hour increases maxing out at $6.00 / hour as you hit pre-determined performance metrics and demonstrate proven work ethic. As we implement managerial roles into our project we will be offering higher salaried roles to those that can demonstrate leadership and technical proficiency.

This is intended to become a long-term position for successful candidates.

Requirements
You must have:

• Your own reliable Windows PC or laptop
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently from home
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions exactly
• Comfort performing repetitive computer tasks for several hours
• Basic English reading and writing ability
• Reliable availability
• Good communication when problems occur

You do NOT need previous experience with the specific system. Full training and written instructions will be provided.

Accuracy and consistency are significantly more important than having an impressive resume.
