Marketing Assistant — Photo Editing (Photoshop) + Content Publishing | US Plastic Surgery Practice | Long-Term
Confidential employer
About Us
We are a well-established plastic surgery practice in Newport Beach, California, USA — 25 years in business, a recognized leader in our specialty. We are building a long-term remote team and are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant who wants a stable role with one employer, clear processes, and room to grow.
The Role
You will own our before & after photo pipeline from start to finish. This means:
Photo framing in Adobe Photoshop — placing before & after photos into our branded PSD templates (we provide the templates and full training via Loom videos)
Publishing to our websites — uploading finished photos and entering case details into our CMS (we provide step-by-step videos)
Posting to Yelp and Google Business Profile — uploading photo sets with descriptions
Generating captions with AI — using our Claude AI account with a ready-made prompt (you paste case notes in, distribute the output — we teach you exactly how)
Updating our tracking spreadsheet — marking each case complete as it moves through the pipeline
Occasional design work — simple brochures and graphics from templates (Canva or Photoshop)
Everything is documented in a written SOP with video walkthroughs. You will never have to guess.
You Are a Great Fit If You:
Have strong Adobe Photoshop skills (template-based editing, cropping, exporting for web) — this is required
Are extremely detail-oriented — our work involves medical photos where following instructions exactly matters
Have experience uploading content to websites (WordPress or any CMS), Yelp, Google Business, or similar platforms
Write comfortable English (you will lightly review AI-generated captions — not write from scratch)
Are reliable, communicative, and want a long-term role — we are hiring one person to grow with us for years
Can handle sensitive content professionally (medical before & after photos; you will sign a confidentiality agreement)
Nice to have (not required): Canva, basic SEO knowledge, experience with medical/aesthetic/beauty industry content, GoHighLevel.
What We Offer
Long-term, stable position with a real US business (25 years established)
Full training: written SOP + Loom video walkthroughs for every task
Direct communication with the owner — no agency, no middleman
Growth path: as our practice grows, this role grows (social media, more design, more responsibility)
