Job Title: Email Marketing Assistant / Outreach Specialist (2 Openings)
Shift Hours: Split Shift (Part-Time) – 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $4.00 / hour
Position Overview
We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and communicative Email Outreach Assistants to manage high-volume email campaigns targeting assigned school districts.
This role involves executing email outreach using structured scripts provided by our team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure maximum daily delivery while carefully managing sending intervals to protect inbox deliverability and prevent messages from triggering spam filters.

Key Responsibilities

Email Dispatch & Daily Limits:
Manage 3 assigned inboxes per specialist.
Send up to 150 email s per inbox daily (maximum target of 450 email s sent daily per person across all 3 inboxes).
Deliverability & Spam Avoidance:
Pace all email dispatches with proper intervals and pauses. Do not blast email s in a single batch.
Inbox Monitoring & Alert Tracking:
Actively watch for system notifications, including bounce-backs, blocked messages, deliverability warnings, or daily sending limit alerts.
Promptly report any inbox issues or technical flags to the management team.
Script & List Execution:
Accurately copy and paste pre-written templates and follow strict messaging instructions.
Systematically work through your assigned list of targeted school districts.
Proactive Communication:
Maintain continuous communication with management throughout both shifts.
Ask immediate clarifying questions whenever an instruction, response, or email template is unclear.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedural instructions.
High reliability and punctual attendance across both daily shifts (8 AM – 11 AM & 1 PM – 4 PM).
Good written English communication skills.
Stable high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple inboxes simultaneously.
