SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (Real Estate)

Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can drive content, engagement, and organic growth across platforms. This role goes beyond simply posting content — we need someone who can create high-quality videos, build content strategies, grow audience engagement, and contribute toward inbound leads and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, growth-focused, and understands how to turn content into real business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Editing
Create and edit long-form and short-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Shorts
Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form clips
Design thumbnails and basic creative assets
Maintain a consistent content posting schedule

2. Strategy & Growth
Build and manage weekly content calendars
Research trends, hooks, and winning content formats
Develop content ideas aligned with audience interests and business goals
Execute organic growth strategies to increase engagement and followers

3. Engagement & Community Management
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions
Support audience growth through active engagement and outreach
Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics

4. Revenue & Performance Alignment
Create content that drives profile visits, inbound inquiries, and lead generation
Identify what content performs best and optimize future strategy
Focus on ROI and meaningful engagement rather than vanity metrics

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content and different social media platforms
• Strong video editing and content repurposing skills (short form and long form)
• Understanding of social media growth strategies and engagement tactics
• Creative mindset with strong attention to trends and audience behavior
• Ability to work independently and execute consistently
