Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all accounting operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, and budget management, ensuring the financial health and integrity of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Ensure all full-cycle accounting activities are accurate and complete.
• Lead the new client onboarding process and manage client relationships.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare general ledger entries and document business transactions.
• Ensure the team meets all project and task deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Deep expertise in GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
