WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY SPECIALIST

Are you experienced in handling customer comments, direct messages, and online reviews? We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Specialist who can professionally engage with customers and help protect the online reputation of our e-commerce brands.

This is a customer engagement role, not a content creation or graphic design position.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer comments and direct messages across social media channels
• Monitor and respond to reviews on Trustpilot, Meta, and other platforms
• Answer customer questions while maintaining each brand’s tone of voice
• Move customer concerns from public channels to private support when necessary
• Handle negative and sensitive feedback calmly and professionally
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Identify recurring customer feedback and share useful insights
• Support review, testimonial, and user-generated content initiatives
• Track reviews, response times, customer sentiment, and escalations

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media engagement, community management, customer support, or reputation management
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence in responding to public feedback professionally
• Experience using social media platforms and review sites
• E-commerce experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Trustpilot, Richpanel, Shopify, Slack, or Google Sheets is a plus
• A reliable remote-work setup
• Availability to work full-time during US business hours
