About the Job
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Craigslist Posting Expert to help us create, post, and manage classified advertisements on Craigslist.

The ideal candidate understands Craigslist posting guidelines, knows how to create ads that attract attention, and can consistently post ads while maintaining accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities
Create and post Craigslist advertisements based on our provided information
Follow Craigslist posting rules and guidelines
Write clear, engaging, and professional ad titles and descriptions
Select appropriate Craigslist categories and locations
Upload and manage images when required
Monitor posted ads and report any issues
Track live posts in a spreadsheet
Remove, renew, or update ads when instructed
Avoid duplicate, misleading, or prohibited postings
Maintain consistent posting quality and accuracy
Communicate promptly regarding posting status or problems
Requirements
Previous experience posting on Craigslist
Strong understanding of Craigslist categories, locations, and posting guidelines
Good written English
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable and consistent with deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a high volume of Craigslist posts
Experience with classified ad posting or lead generation
Knowledge of Craigslist moderation/removal issues
Experience creating compelling ad copy
Previous experience as a virtual assistant
Work Expectations
