Firm Five is a fast-growing, CPA-led accounting and controllership firm serving clients across Canada and the United States.

We are currently supporting several private equity-backed and multi-entity organizations that are migrating from QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to Sage Intacct and are looking for an experienced consultant to support these projects.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sage Intacct consultant who has successfully completed QuickBooks-to-Intacct migrations and implementations.
This role will support our accounting and controller teams on client migration projects, particularly for multi-entity organizations with complex reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:
Lead or support Sage Intacct implementations
Design multi-entity structures within Sage Intacct
Build charts of accounts and dimensional reporting frameworks
Migrate historical data from QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Validate imported transactions and opening balances
Reconcile migrated financial data
Assist with testing and go-live activities
Provide best-practice recommendations for Sage Intacct setup
Support Firm Five controllers during implementation projects

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated Sage Intacct implementation experience
• Multiple completed QuickBooks ? Sage Intacct migrations
• Strong understanding of:

Multi-entity accounting
Consolidations
Intercompany transactions
Dimensions and reporting structures
Financial statement design

• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong English communication

Highly Preferred:
Previous experience working for a Sage Intacct implementation partner
CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting designation
Private equity or portfolio-company experience
multi-location business experience
Ideal Candidate
You have personally completed Sage Intacct migrations before and can confidently guide a client from QuickBooks to a fully functioning Sage Intacct environment.
We’re not looking for someone who has simply used Sage Intacct—we’re looking for someone who has implemented it.
