Licensed CPA & QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper

About Us

Pinnacle Restoration is a flood and water damage restoration company. We're looking for a detail-oriented, licensed CPA with strong QuickBooks Online experience to manage our books and help us stay on top of our financial reporting as we grow.

What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (transaction categorization, bank/credit card reconciliations, AP/AR)
Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Reconcile job costing and track profitability by project
Assist with payroll support and vendor payments
Provide monthly financial reporting and insights to help guide business decisions
Ensure books are clean, accurate, and audit-ready
Support tax season prep by organizing records for our CPA/tax filer
Requirements
Licensed CPA (required)
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) — certification a plus
Strong understanding of GAAP and small business accounting
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Experience with construction, contracting, or restoration industry bookkeeping is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
