CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR — VIDEO, PODCAST & SOCIAL (Part-Time, Remote)

XP Strategy is looking for a proactive part-time Content & Social Media Coordinator to help turn our founder's videos, podcasts, and ideas into polished content distributed across multiple platforms.

This is not just a video editing role. We want someone who can take ownership of the content process, not just wait for instructions.

What you'll do:

• Edit long-form video and audio; improve basic quality; remove pauses, mistakes, ums, and irrelevant sections
• Identify the strongest moments and turn long-form content into short-form clips
• Create thumbnails; add captions and graphics
• Prepare titles, descriptions, captions, links, hashtags, and CTAs
• Publish and schedule across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and other channels
• Help produce and distribute podcasts, including show notes and promotional clips
• Maintain an organized content calendar and content library
• Monitor comments and engagement; flag anything the founder should answer personally

Who we want:

• Proactive, driven, resourceful, organized, and reliable
• Strong English communication
• Good judgment about what makes content interesting
• Comfortable making decisions and working independently
• Comfortable with AI and modern content tools
• Experience with Amazon, ecommerce, digital marketing, or agencies is a strong plus

Helpful experience with several of these:
CapCut, Premiere, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, Riverside, Canva, YouTube, Instagram/Reels, LinkedIn, TikTok, podcast platforms, social scheduling tools, and AI-assisted content tools.

Schedule
Approximately 15–20 hours/week to start. Pay will depend on ability and experience. Exceptional candidates may be considered above this range.
