Real Estate Cold Caller — US Investor, Long-Term Role, Performance Bonuses

I am a US real estate investor buying rental properties in Georgia. I need an experienced cold caller for 20 hours/week (part-time, permanent for the right person), calling homeowners from lists I provide through a web-based dialer (REsimpli — training provided if you know Mojo/BatchDialer/CallTools). Your job: reach the owner, follow my script, identify sellers who are open to an offer, collect property details, and book a callback appointment on my calendar. You never negotiate, I do that. Requirements: excellent conversational English with a neutral accent, at least 1 year of US real estate cold calling experience, quiet workspace, reliable computer, backup internet or data plan, and availability 9am–12pm + 4pm–7pm US Eastern, Monday–Friday. Pay: $6/hr + $25 bonus per qualified appointment I hold. All calls are recorded for training.
