Part-Time | Remote | Philippines | U.S. Central Time

Applications close August 21, 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week
Shift: U.S. Central Time business hours / Philippines night shift

ABOUT US

We are a growing U.S.-based copier and printer rental company serving businesses and apartment communities throughout the Houston, Texas area.

We provide businesses with flat-rate copier rental solutions that include equipment, toner, maintenance, and service. Our goal is to make office printing simple, reliable, and hassle-free while delivering excellent customer service.

We are building a modern sales operation that combines strong human communication with CRM, prospecting tools, automation, and AI.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven Business Development Specialist to help grow our business through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing new customer accounts.

This is intended to become a long-term role for the right person.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is a remote position, but it is a scheduled-hours position, not a freelance role where work can be completed whenever convenient.

During your agreed working hours, you are expected to be available, responsive, and focused on this role.

WORK MONITORING IS REQUIRED

We use company-approved time and activity monitoring during scheduled paid working hours.

Acceptance of work monitoring is a condition of employment. If you are not comfortable using monitoring software, please do not apply.

Monitoring may include:

  • Time tracking
  • Work activity monitoring
  • Periodic screenshots during scheduled work hours

The purpose is accountability and visibility in a remote work environment.

OTHER JOBS OR CLIENTS

You may have other employment or freelance clients outside your scheduled hours.

However, you must disclose any ongoing employment or client commitments that could overlap with this position.

You may not perform work for another employer or client during the hours you are being paid to work with us.

30-DAY PAID PROBATIONARY PERIOD

All new hires begin with a 30-day paid probationary period.

The probationary period allows both sides to determine whether the position is a strong long-term fit.

During probation, we will evaluate:

  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Reliability and communication
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • CRM discipline
  • Prospect research quality
  • Comfort making outbound calls
  • Written communication
  • Ability to learn our products and market
  • Consistency during scheduled working hours
  • Progress toward agreed milestones

Successful completion of probation may lead to increased responsibility, compensation progression, performance incentives, and eventually a full-time opportunity.
