We are a rapidly growing and innovative credit repair agency based in Washington, dedicated to transforming lives by helping clients rebuild their financial futures.

PART TIME POSITION w/ an opportunity to go Full Time Position in 1 month.

$300 per month salary right now we only have 10 clients total. We will be adding a lot more clients in the near
future.

Key Responsibilities

  • ** Any task must be completed that is handed to you besides credit repair
  • Lead Management – Engage with and nurture leads from targeted ad campaigns.
  • Data Management – Accurately input and update client information in our CRM

system. (Go High Level)

  • Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional client support through email and messaging platforms.
  • Send regular client updates every 30-45 days via GoHighLevel.
  • Appointment Scheduling

– Use Calendly to schedule appointments for prospective clients.

  • Administrative Support

– Assist with various operational tasks to ensure efficiency.

  • Letter Creation & Submission
  • Draft persuasive dispute letters for inquiries, late payments, and negative accounts.
  • Communicate with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and submit documentation to

the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in credit repair and customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have fast internet!
  • Must be able to work 9-6PM PST (US Pacific Time Zone)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as DisputeFox and GoHighLevel.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Solid understanding of consumer law and credit dispute procedures.
  • Experience disputing credit issues through Experian, Equifax, TransUnion,
