Hiring Full-Time Real Estate VA

We are a fast-growing Texas real estate investment company looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who wants long-term growth and wants to become an expert in distressed real estate investing.

This is NOT just a simple VA position.
We are looking for someone who wants to master the business and grow with the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be trained to handle real estate foreclosure lead generation and seller communication, including:

Cold calling distressed property owners
Replying to inbound and outbound SMS conversations
Following up with leads inside GoHighLevel
Managing pipelines and lead statuses
Scraping foreclosure and county data
Organizing property and owner information
Tracking motivated sellers
Helping convert leads into deals
Learning how real estate investing works in the U.S.
Requirements
Excellent English communication
Strong work ethic and consistency
Comfortable talking on the phone for hours
Fast learner
Organized and detail-oriented
Stable internet and quiet workspace
Must be available during U.S. business hours
Experience with GoHighLevel, SMS handling, or cold calling is a plus

This is a FULL-TIME position only.

We are NOT looking for people juggling multiple jobs or moonlighting with several clients at once. We want someone committed long-term who wants to grow into a high-level acquisitions or lead management role.

Compensation
Starting Pay: $360/month +$10 weekly meal day
8 hours/day : 6days/week
U.S. timezone schedule
