Web designer and content creation

We're Property 2 Perfection Painting & Decorating, an established Australian painting and decorating company building a strong, distinctive brand as we scale. We're looking for a senior-level creative who can own our digital presence end-to-end — high-quality, polished work only.
This is a high-standard role. We need someone who can produce work that looks and feels premium, not templated.
What you'll own:
Website design and ongoing development/maintenance (mobile-first, conversion-focused)
Brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (orange/black/white palette, Barlow Condensed typography, rural Australian aesthetic)
Video editing — recruitment videos, ad campaigns, social content
Social media content creation and scheduling
Supporting Meta/Google ad campaign assets
You must have:
A strong portfolio showing premium, professional-grade design work (not just templates)
Proven web design/development skills
Video editing chops — show us real examples
Social media content experience for a business (not personal accounts)
Ability to take a brand guide and execute consistently across formats
3+ years experience minimum
