Hello potential superstar! We are looking to add to our amazing land team. We need a A+ ENGLISH speaking cold caller that can generate strong, qualified leads and also be in-charge of some interviewing and the onboarding and training process (role play, etc.). It is important this teammate is also providing cold calling results each day! Additionally, this teammate will also assist with weekly QA sessions, listening to recordings, providing feedback to teammates.

Please do NOT apply if you have lots of issues/absences/not-on ---------- , weekly family issues/deaths/marriages/births. We need strong teammates only. Thanks.

For our shift confirmation -- we will begin offering two shifts:

Shift 1: 10am-2pm (CT)
or
Shift 2: 2pm-6pm (CT)

Applicants can choose which schedule works best for them.

(Only the best performance will be kept on the team, regardless of schedule, so all teammates need to be at peak performance)
