Social Media Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Content Creator

I'm a solo real estate agent with Volonnino Group Real Estate, an eXp Realty brokerage in the Kansas City metro (USA). I'm hiring one VA to handle all my social media content. This is just me, no team, you'd work directly with me.

WEEKLY SCOPE (5 pieces/week):

• 2 reels (includes a fresh listing roundup every week, using that week's current listings)
• 3 posts (listing spotlight, client win, market stat)

I provide listing photos, market data, and a brand guide (fonts, colors, logo, tagline) each week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Real estate or realtor marketing experience specifically, not general social media
• Must submit a portfolio or work samples of real estate content
• Comfortable with Canva or CapCut (or similar) for reel/post editing
• Reliable internet and a laptop/desktop for editing

HOURS: : Async work, no fixed daily hours required, just weekly deadlines met
