Full-Time Paid Ads Manager | $2,400/Month + Bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to manage and scale Meta & Google Ads for our real estate business. Our current advertising budget is approximately $4,000–$8,000/day.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns
• Optimize CPL, CPQL, CAC, and ROAS
• Test audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Monitor lead quality and campaign performance
• Provide regular performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience with Meta & Google Ads
• Experience managing $4,000+/day strongly preferred
• Real estate/high-ticket lead generation experience is a plus
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good English communication

Compensation

$2,400 USD/month + weekly/monthly performance bonuses
