Stickman Animation Video Editor for Educational & Motivation YouTube Channel

We are looking for a creative and reliable Stickman Animator / Video Editor to help produce engaging videos for a growing educational and motivational YouTube channel.

The channel focuses on topics such as:

• Productivity
• Self-improvement
• Discipline
• Habits
• Motivation
• Psychology
• Success and personal growth

Each video will include a completed script and voiceover, and your job will be to turn them into high-retention stickman animation videos that are fun, easy to understand, and visually engaging.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create stickman-style animations based on the provided script
• Add smooth transitions, camera movement, zooms, and motion effects
• Match visuals to the narration and pacing
• Use simple but expressive stickman characters and environments
• Add text, icons, charts, and visual storytelling elements when appropriate
• Add captions/subtitles to the final video
• Deliver a polished final video ready for YouTube upload

We're looking for something similar to channels such as:

• Easy Actually
• Aperture
• Better Ideas
• Improvement Pill
• James Jani (simplified animated segments)

The animation does not need to be extremely complex, but it should feel dynamic, modern, and engaging.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with 2D animation or stickman animation
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to follow detailed visual instructions in the script
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

PROJECT DETAILS

• Video length: 6-10 minutes
• Volume: Approximately 4 videos per month
• Turnaround: 7 days per video (earlier is a plus)
• Revisions: Usually 1-2 rounds of small revisions
• Final delivery: Rendered MP4, 1080p or higher, 16:9
• Communication: ---------- (primary), quick response time expected
• A short paid trial video will be used before moving to an ongoing arrangement

PAYMENT
$40-60 USD per video depending on quality, complexity, and experience, paid via PayPal upon delivery and approval of each video.

If the collaboration goes well, there is strong potential for long-term, ongoing work with consistent monthly volume and rate increases well beyond this range over time.
