Part-Time PPC / SEM / Performance Marketing Assistant (Remote)

What you'll do

Work on PPC, SEM, Performance Marketing, and Social Media Advertising
Help manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and YouTube campaigns
Support retargeting, audience strategy, bidding, and paid-media experiments
Track and report on CAC, CPA, and ROAS
Use AI (Claude/ChatGPT) to speed up campaign research and ad drafting
Keep everything organized and documented

What I'm looking for

Organized and reliable
Comfortable using a computer and AI tools
Curious and willing to learn new things

Compensation

I'll be honest—I'm just starting this business, so I can only offer a low hourly rate to begin with. As I grow, bring in clients, and generate revenue, I'm happy to increase your hourly rate. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with me over the long term, not just someone looking for a temporary gig.
