About the Role

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who loves the technical side of online business and takes real pride in getting things done beautifully.

I am building a personal brand coaching business with a big heart behind it. My work is about helping women fall back in love with themselves, and I want my business to reflect that same energy, including the people I work with.

I am not just looking for someone to complete tasks. I am looking for someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of something meaningful as it grows. If you are the kind of person who lights up when a tricky tech problem gets solved, and who feels proud when a website page looks exactly right — we are going to get along really well.

Tool experience required:

  • You must have hands-on experience with WordPress!
  • The website is hosted with Bluehost, the theme I use in WP is Kadence and payments run through Stripe. Experience with these is a bonus but not required.
  • You must have experience managing an email marketing platform (MailerLite, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar). I currently work in MailerLite, so experience there is a plus. But what matters most is that you're comfortable managing this type of tool independently and can pick up a new one quickly and confidently on your own time.

Please do not apply if you are not familiar with WordPress.

You are the right person if you:
— Can build and update website pages with confidence, following design guidelines and direction
— Can build new pages that match an established design system (colors, fonts, layout) without needing creative direction on look and feel
— Are comfortable connecting platforms and setting up backend integrations
— Work independently and figure things out without needing constant hand-holding
— Are reliable, honest, and follow through on what you say you will do
— Communicate proactively — I never want to wonder what is happening
— Can document your processes clearly so we build systems together

What the role involves:
— Building a priority waitlist landing page
— Setting up a waitlist confirmation/thank-you page with redirect
— Connecting MailerLite to the waitlist signup form
— Building a checkout page and connecting it to the payment processor (Stripe)
— Building a purchase confirmation/thank-you page
— Setting up a password-protected members-only portal
— Building a sales page
— All pages built from my copy, layout specs, and design direction — following established design elements and patterns
— Backend tech setup — connecting payment processors, email integrations, and other platforms as needed
— Building and maintaining a simple process document as we go

If this sounds like you, please reply with a short description of your experience with WordPress and online business tech, and your favourite inspirational quote.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief video interview. The next step after that is a paid trial assignment. Through this assignment, we will both get a feel for how we work together, and afterward we will d ---------- whether to continue long-term. If it's a good fit, this becomes a long-term role with consistent work and room to grow together.
