HR Recruiter & Trainer – Remote

We are looking for an experienced HR/Recruiter to help us build our remote team.

Responsibilities:

Find and recruit qualified candidates
Screen applicants and conduct interviews
Hire suitable candidates
Train and onboard new employees
Monitor new employees during their initial training period
Communicate regularly with management

Requirements:

Previous HR/recruitment experience
Experience training or onboarding employees is required
Excellent English and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Able to work independently
