Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven Air Duct dispatching experience
• Workiz CRM experience is required
• Experience working with technicians in the U.S.
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable answering customer calls and confirming appointments
• Experience dispatching and managing multiple jobs
• Must have a computer/laptop and stable high-speed internet
• Reliable electricity and backup internet are highly preferred
• Must be responsible, organized, and available for the full shift

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Confirm appointments with customers
• Dispatch jobs to technicians
• Communicate with technicians through WhatsApp
• Update job statuses in Workiz
• Follow up on open and unfinished jobs
• Keep the schedule organized and updated
