FB Asset Support Specialist | Support on Discord

We are looking for a customer service agent who has a strong background with the Facebook Business ecosystem, and knows the ins and outs of Business Managers, the Meta Account Center, Pixels, Ad Accounts and more.

In this role, you must help clients set up an Facebook advertising structure using the ---------- browser Adspower. This involves setting up Facebook profiles using private residential proxies that the client buys, linking it to the Business Manager and sharing pixels across Business Managers and ad accounts. You will also use Google Sheets to keep track of all data of profiles and Business Managers.

On top of that, you will help clients with their questions regarding Facebook . Clients will often face issues with their Facebook accounts, business managers and ad account, it will be up to you to guide them and help them solve these issues.

Salary depends on availability and commitment.

This job requires a strong background in the Meta advertising ecosystem. Experience with the ---------- platform is a big bonus.
