Short-Form Video Editor – IShowSpeed Style Content

We are looking for a fast and reliable Short-Form Video Editor to create viral content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels inspired by creators like IShowSpeed.

The videos are generally 60 -80 seconds long and feature a fast-paced editing style with captions, sound effects, zooms, ---------- s and engaging visual effects.

What you'll do
Gathering the footage for ishowspeed (tiktok, instagram, LIVESTREAMS)
Edit stream clips into highly engaging vertical Shorts
Add animated captions and on-screen text
Add and synchronize sound effects
Use zooms, ---------- s, motion effects and quick cuts to maximize viewer retention
Follow reference videos and recreate a consistent editing style
Export videos in 9:16 (1080×1920)
Work efficiently using templates and repeatable workflows
Editing Speed

This is an important part of the role.

Once you understand our editing style, we expect approximately:

1 Short every 45 minutes

The goal is ideally around 1 , depending on the clip.

These are designed to be fast, highly engaging edits—not cinematic productions.

Payment

This position is paid hourly.

We're looking for editors who can balance speed and quality, so editing efficiency is an important factor.

What We're Looking For
Experience editing YouTube Shorts, TikToks or Instagram Reels
Strong understanding of viral content and viewer retention
Excellent pacing and comedic timing
Experience with subtitles, ---------- s, sound effects and reaction edits
Comfortable recreating editing styles from reference videos
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
Familiar with creators like IShowSpeed, Kai Cenat, AMP, Fanum, or other viral streamers
Reliable communication and consistent delivery
Workload

This is long-term ongoing work with a high volume of videos for the right editor.

We provide the clips and editing references.
