Virtual Assistant - (Floral Order Processing Agent)

Hello, I am seeking a skilled and experienced individual to be my virtual assistant with excellent spoken and written English. With customer service and order processing background for a floral delivery company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Answer inbound calls politely and professionally
-Provide basic customer support (order status, delivery questions)
-Escalate issues to the team when needed

REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent English speaking skills (clear and professional)
-At least 2 years of call center or phone support experience
-Stable home internet connection
-Quiet workspace for taking calls
-Ability to follow scripts exactly
-Accurate typing and data entry skills
-Punctual, reliable, and organized
-Experience in eCommerce order processing is a plus
