About the Role

Web Developer / Full-Stack Programmer - Websites, Dashboards, APIs, Apps, Wordpress & More

Salary: $350-$3,000/mo + bonuses

Job Description: Please read this full job post carefully before applying. This is not a normal single position job post.

We are hiring for many technology roles across Dosh Technology Group, Inc. and affiliated U.S. based technology companies. We are looking to hire approximately 10 to 15 developers, programmers, assistants, and technical tea ---------- mbers now, and we may ultimately hire 20+ people, possibly more, depending on the quality of applicants.

This opportunity can fit many different skill levels. Some positions may only require basic WordPress, website updates, blog posting, or project support experience. Other positions require serious senior level full stack development, backend engineering, API work, database architecture, mobile app development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI automation, and technology leadership experience.

Do not skip this post because you think you are not advanced enough. If you have a real skill that can help us, apply. If you only have one day per week available, apply. If you only know WordPress blog posting, apply. If you are a serious senior developer looking for a major career move, apply.

We are also looking for one to two eventual senior developers who may qualify for a future Vice President of Technology and/or Chief Technology Officer (CTO) track after a 90-day probationary and performance review period.

Why this opportunity is different

Joshua David, our Managing Director and co-founder, is based out of Northern California, where the company’s U.S. corporate and technology headquarters are located. He also spends a significant amount of time in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, and travels between Northern California and the Philippines as needed.

Joshua David has lived in the Philippines for nearly 20 years and has hired, trained, and managed many Filipino workers over the years across BPO, call center, technology, operations, and business projects.

He understands the Philippines, Filipino work culture, and the talent that exists there. He also understands that many talented people in the Philippines never get the right opportunity, the right training, the right pay structure, or the right company behind them.

This is not the type of company where good workers are treated like numbers. If you are honest, serious, transparent, skilled, loyal, and willing to work hard, you can grow with us quickly.

The founder believes in sharing success with the people who help build it. Strong contributors may receive performance bonuses, project bonuses, revenue share opportunities, and long term upside after proving themselves during a probationary period.

This is not just a job posting for one website task. We are building multiple technology companies, platforms, dashboards, marketplaces, financial technology systems, automation systems, client portals, AI assisted tools, and business intelligence products. Our main holding company has filed 16+ technology patents, with several already issued and others pending.

We already have a large number of business ideas, technology stacks, architecture concepts, logic layers, software systems, and product plans ready to execute. What we need now is the right technical team to help build, launch, scale, and improve these products.

Compensation potential

The salary range is wide because we are hiring across many different skill levels.

Base pay may start around $350/month for entry level, limited part time, or support roles. Mid level and strong developers may be around $800 to $1,000/month depending on ability, availability, and responsibilities. Senior lead developers, advanced engineers, and executive track technology leaders may qualify for compensation up to $3,000/month or more depending on the role, skill level, and performance.

In Philippine pesos, this may range roughly from around ?20,000/month for lower level roles to ?170,000+ per month for senior or executive track roles, depending on exchange rate and final agreement.

Bonuses may be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Strong performers may earn bonuses that equal or exceed their base salary. For key contributors, senior developers, lead developers, and founding technical tea ---------- mbers, additional project based bonuses, revenue share opportunities, or long term incentive opportunities may be available after a probationary and performance review period.

Nothing is automatic or guaranteed. Compensation depends on honesty, skill, speed, performance, reliability, project value, and contribution.
