your job is to edit videos, mainly sync relevant footage to the audio, and use appropriate music, i'll be teaching you how to source relevant footage and which music would be good, i'm currently running a team of editors, and they have been doing great work so far, so I'd love to add more talent to the team, if you are really good then there are performance linked bonuses available too, and can even promote you to a channel manager , in the later stages.
there are tow open roles, creativty is required for both, if you cannot think on your own, then this post is not for you, however for people with creativity and a good sense of humor, there are two open positions, one requires to just sync footage, use some funny lines here and there, and use music
other needs an extra step which is for you to draw on photoshop or any free app, and use those drawings as an asset, doesnt matter if your drawing is bad,we are just going for a hand made feel, so as long as you can move a mouse and draw a line, we are good.

bonuses are added on top of the salary, the job is pretty simple actually, and offers great potential for growth, if you know how to use google flow and other ai tools, then thats even better
