About the Role

We are a growing short-term rental and serviced accommodation business looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage our bookings, handle all guest communications, and support the smooth running of our operations. This is a remote role with flexible hours, suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.

What You Will Be Doing

· Managing reservations and availability across Airbnb, ---------- , and other platforms

· Responding to guest enquiries before, during, and after their stay

· Processing booking cancellations, modifications, and rebooking requests

· Handling guest complaints and issues professionally, escalating where needed

· Keeping listings up to date, including pricing, availability, optimisation, and property information

· Assisting with general admin tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and coordination

What We Are Looking For

· Proven hands-on experience managing bookings on Airbnb and ---------- or other OTA channels

· Good understanding of OTA policies including cancellations, guest disputes, and reviews

· Excellent written English with a professional and warm communication style

· Ability to manage multiple properties or listings at the same time

· Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision

· Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, or similar

· Experience with a channel manager such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Uplisting is a bonus

· Able to respond to urgent guest messages in a timely manner, including evenings or weekends when needed
