Confidential employer
Job Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Ad Specialist/Managed Services Campaign Manager to join our Managed Services team on a full-time basis. You will report to our Director of Managed Services and lead the Amazon Advertising strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for a portfolio of high-value clients.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will serve as a primary client-facing partner, responsible for translating business goals into cutting-edge advertising strategies, driving measurable outcomes, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
You will combine hands-on campaign management, data-driven decision-making, clear communications, and commercial acumen to grow client performance and expand managed media investment over time.
What You’ll Do
Own Client Strategy and Performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular performance discussions, strategic planning, and business reviews.
- Translate client goals into clear Amazon Advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Align advertising decisions with broader business drivers, including pricing, inventory, and profitability.
Drive Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Amazon Ads, continuously improving performance against KPIs.
- Apply advanced tactics including keyword segmentation, bid optimization, budget allocation, and audience targeting.
- Identify growth opportunities across branded, non-branded, and competitor strategies.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights
- Analyze performance across both advertising and business metrics including ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, contribution margin, and conversion trends.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Lead post-analysis and learning agendas to continuously improve results.
Grow Managed Media Investment
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and expand managed spend based on performance and business impact.
- Influence client stakeholders through results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support upsell opportunities by demonstrating the value of deeper investment and broader solutions.
Stay Ahead of the Market
- Maintain deep expertise in Amazon Advertising and emerging capabilities.
- Guide clients through new features, betas, and evolving best practices.
- Partner internally to bring new strategies and innovations to market.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising or e-commerce media, ideally in an agency, SaaS, or brand environment.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to own performance, manage multiple clients, and drive measurable growth.
- Experience working with larger budgets and scaling campaigns over time.
- AI-fluent: You understand how to use AI as a core part of your toolkit to work smarter and more efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools such as AMC or advanced analytics environments a plus (but not required).
How You Work
- You take ownership and think in terms of outcomes, not tasks.
- You are both strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable in data and in client conversations.
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and with purpose.
- You are curious, proactive, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary, performance incentives, equity, and comprehensive benefits, along with flexibility and a strong focus on employee well-being.
