REMOTE - CS Representative Pet Brand

We sell and ship pet products to customers in the US, UK, Europe, Asia, and more. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our CS team of 6. Our team works fully remote and our members live in different countries.

What you will do:
— Answer customer questions
— Follow up with suppliers when a package is late or stuck
— Keep the customer updated on open cases — you check in with the supplier or a colleague if needed, and update the customer until it is fixed
— Help solve delivery issues
— Handle customer orders, returns, and order changes

What we are looking for:
— 3+ years of customer service experience
— Good communication — clear and professional
— Can work on your own — no micromanagement, you own your work
— Flexible with shifts — we serve customers around the world, so some evenings and weekends are part of the job. To show you read this, include the word "red" in your message.
— Shopify and/or Freshdesk experience is a plus
— Good internet, working camera and mic
